brand new MacBook Pro 2019 won't connect to internet (except apple store??)

Hi,

I have 3 laptops- one is brand new out of the box. Only the older MacBook Air is connecting to my internet service. I've purchased a new router and I still cannot connect. It says it's connected. Why are 2 out of 3 computers unable to connect to my internet service?

Not working internet connection Hey guys, I got problem that drives me super crazy. My MacBook Air connects to Wi-Fi, hotspot however, Safari, OneDrive, Mail etc. tells me I am not connected to the internet. It does not work for any Wi-Fi or hotspot even tho my iPhone does connect with no problem. Is it type of problem I can try to fix in settings or only what I can do is give my MacBook to service? Thank you so much!

Power cycle your cable modem, the router, and your computer.
