Change my Country Region

I would like to change my Apple ID to my country so that I can put my other credit card as the payment method. I followed iTunes>View Apple ID>Country Region. However, when I do that I see a screen saying that "you cannot change the store front information for your account at this time."


I have only two valid subscriptions Apps . Therefore, I am really puzzled why it does not let me to change my country?

The subscriptions have been cancelled and have expired ? And you've tried on both your iphone and computer's iTunes ? If you have, try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you now live, and which is therefore the country you will be changing to ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
