How can I recover my autofill passwords?

They’re usually found in accounts and passwords in settings if you’re signed into iCloud

The are saved in the Keychain on the phone if:

• You have a passcode on the phone
• You have an iCloud account on the phone
• You have enabled 2 factor authentication for your Apple ID

All of these conditions must be met.
