Safari old kind of scrolling

Hi! I have an iPhone 6s with iOS version 12.4. I would like to ask you if there is any way to return to the old kind of scrolling on safari? like was on iOS 10 and before. Scrolling was slower but more accurate and I like it more than new one! Since iOS 11 safari has become faster!
