No audio found

Hey!

Facing this issue from the past couple of days, my iPhone 7 is showing no Audio found.

Went to this Apple authorised service centre, they told me that there's a hardware problem you have to replace your phone and have to pay INR 30k.

So disappointed with Apple.

There's literally no physical damage to my phone and suddenly this problem arises. Even the guy at the service centre had no idea about what actually is the issue.

Suggest me an alternative.

Won't prefer the replacement as for me this isn't a solution.
