My iPhone 8+ is hung up with iTunes; it has an icon of iTunes along with an icon of a power cord. I can't get it back to the start page, or make nor receive calls. HELP!!!
The image on your screen is telling you to connect your device running iTunes to fix it.
my iPhone is connected to my MAC right now . It dues say {supportapple.com/phone/restore} but the phone won't let me do anything
It won't let you do anything on the phone until you restore it in iTunes.
