purchased songs will not convert to mp3
I am trying to convert songs that I just purchased to mp3. I know the process but I keep getting "unkown error -42017". Under file type they show as AAC rather than Purchased AAC.

Hello Hairold, In order to convert, they must be locally available on your machine (not in the cloud), and in a non-protected format. is that the case? If so, then these steps should work:

If there is an issue, delete the file and download a fresh copy from the Store.
