That is a difficult question to answer without a reference point. It all depends on what you do with the computer and the apps you want/need to use. Personally I find Apple's removing and hiding of features to be frustrating & disappointing. If it wasn't for my job requiring use of proprietary apps, I wouldn't even be using macOS. Linux is much easier for me to use and much better documented IMHO, but I'm also not a typical computer user.
