Static coming from Apple Watch

I recently got an Apple Watch Series 4 and I'm getting static sound constantly. I can only hear it when I put it up to my ear. After researching some said it could be if you are available on the Walkie Talkie app, which I am not. Anyone else experiencing this or have a solution?

Reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
