My phone is saying I can not access cellular service/data until my phone is updated but it is and I have hard reset it and backed it up and reset it through my computer and updated it that way as well but it is not working.

I have the same issue! ever since I updated my phone twice I cannot use cell phone service at all! It wont even let me download my pictures to my computer so I can cancel everything and start again! Very frustrating!!!! I live in a country where the internet is very slow and having cell phone service is a must! Please anyone else having issues with their iphone since the update?
Turn off your iPhone for a few minutes then turn it back on again and it usually fixes the problem.
