If i have an iPhone 5c and the screen is broken but works perfectly can i be able to trade it in for a better iPhone?

In most cases old phones that are not fully functional will not be accepted for trade, but you can always see what's available. Or you can get the screen repaired.

Instead, they exchange yours for a refurbished or new replacement depending on the age of your device and refurbished inventories. On rare occasions when there are no longer refurbished units for your older model, they may replace it with the next newer model.
