Update Interrupted on Series 3 watch

The update was interrupted on my Series 3 watch and now the screen is stuck with completed update circle on the watch face. It says my phone can not connect to it. I have restarted both the phone and the watch with no luck.

Is there a way to restart, or even complete, this update now?

I would suggest you reset your watch. Press the crown and side button in untill the Apple logo appears. Then try again
