My IPhone XR keeps losing Wi-Fi Calling in my house. I still have Wi-Fi but cannot make or receive calls or text. I did not have this problem with my 8 plus. Any suggestions.

Also, go to Settings > General > Software Update and see if there is an update available. If so, back up your iPhone, install the update, and see if the issue continues:
