Hi i have bought my iphone xs for about 123days and i charge it once a day but my battery health is 94% i wanna know is there anything to worry about or its natural?!

If the battery health is under 80%,
make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.
They have diagnostic tools and can tell you what options you have.
Otherwise it's normal and there's nothing to worry about.

Dude I’m in iran and apple doesn’t support us at all. As a result i want to keep my battery at least for 2year and then change it but if i change it in iran I’ll have problem such as battery health error

If it's that critical to you, then using an external battery pack or maybe a battery case would reduce the amount of use on your battery. It's really just shifting wear to another battery, but I take it that it would be easier to obtain that than to get an OEM battery replacement.
Your battery is fine. Don't worry until it's lower than 80.

No need to worry.
There is nothing you can do. Turn if off as much as possible to save your impossible to replace battery.
