RAT malware

I recently got some Emails saying that my computer was infected with a RAT malware and in the Email, it said my password so I know its not fake. they said I had to pay them or they would release my data after 2 days. however, it is already past that deadline when I saw the emails and nothing has happened, and I downloaded malwarebytes and deleted anything suspicious, but I'm still terrified! please help!
