I will be pre-ordering the Apple Watch Series 5 when apple announces it. I will be getting a cellular one and my school where you can’t have a phone in class, so I was asking if anyone could find me a black band cover for the SERIES 4?

That isn't a cover, that is showing that it is a GPS+Cellular Watch. If you buy a GPS only watch it will be black.
They are trying to get into class with a cellular watch by covering up the red crown that gives them away. But they don’t make a cover for the crown.
