Apple Watch Activity Goal animations

Does anyone know how to get this animation on your watch when you complete an activity goal. Mine doesn’t do this and I can’t find any setting to enable it.

You are misunderstanding.

My watch does acknowledge when I complete each goals and then all three.. it just does it with a static graphic while others have this animation for each and then all three goals.

I have done all you have suggested before and the watch is up to date.

Is there a setting for the animation?

You have to complete all three goals. Then it shows briefly. I would suggest you reset your watch. Press the crown and side button in untill the Apple logo appears. Also Check your Watch is updated to 5.3.1 and your iphone is running ios 12.4.1. Finally if still having issues Unpair your Watch and repair it.

No I not misunderstanding anything. The process happens when you completed your goals. Only thing to check you haven’t got reduced motion on. It’s a setting in the iPhone watch app, not accessible on the watch itself. Watch > My Watch > Notifications > Notification Privacy.
