Microsoft Office 365 Subscription FAILED
I just paid for my subscription last night, but still Office 365 is asking me to pay. The Apps are also super slow. This is NOT fair.

Hey there diadema96,
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you’re having issues with your Microsoft Office 365 subscription and apps. I’ll be happy to help with this.
For the issue with your subscription, did you pay for the subscription as an in-app purchase using your Apple ID? If so, please verify the subscription is showing as active under your Apple ID account using the steps from this link:
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions
If it shows as active, restart your Mac and open the app that you made the purchase in and look for an option to verify the subscription. You might find it in one of these places:
If you were charged for the purchase and still can't restore, or if you made the subscription directly through the developer, contact Microsoft for support. You can use this link to reach out to them:
Microsoft Office help and training
If the apps continue to be slow, use Activity Monitor to check your Mac’s CPU activity. If the apps are using a larger than expected percentage of CPU, you may want to try restarting your Mac or reinstalling the app. You can read more about this here:
See how apps affect Mac performance, battery runtime, temperature, and fan activity
Best wishes.

Take care.
My subscription is paid in iTunes on September 7, 2019. However, it seems like the 3 suggested links you have provided for trouble shooting doesn't work at all. "REACTIVATE" keep showing up every time I open Office 365 Apps. And whenever I try to find the solution from the manufacturer's website using the link you have provided, it shows 'NO LICENSE FOUND". This is really ******* me off.
