Changing iTunes store

I want to change my iTunes store from the U.S to Nigerian store, I moved here recently. Is it possible to clear my balance so I can change store ASAP??

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a credit card to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
