Uninstalled apps using cellular data

I’ve read multiple posts all over the internet that state “uninstalled apps DON’T use data, but once did” this is not the case, I haven’t deleted any apps, yet the “uninstalled apps” data point continues to increase in size.

the third photo was taken a few days after the first and second. Again, no apps were used on cellular, nor were any apps deleted.
