how to block a no caller id number

I have been getting phone calls from someone for the last 6 months daily around 30 calls a day and they are using no caller id, I was wondering if there any way I could block this person cause its supper annoying

You can use some third-party apps to detect and block spam phone calls.

If I were in your situation, I would strongly consider changing my phone number.
