My group messages come back individually

If the group message is sent to on-iOS users it is sent to them as individual message and hence comes back individually.

I'm a novice iPhone user. If I understand your answer correctly, if I turn on "Group Messaging", my iMessages will be sent out and received blind(individually). Is the same true for SMS and MMS?
