Email access

I have a new Mac Pro- and it appears one of my email accounts has been dropped as of Friday sept 6th. My other two email accounts are working.

how can I correct this?

Mac Mail keeps asking me for a password to a business email account that no longer exists. The service provider account has ceased. All the business email accounts have been deleted from Preferences-Mail-Accounts. Yet it still blocks any activity on mail until I click on the 'cancel' option in the window that it presents. This is so annoying - has anyone an idea for a resolution? Thanks in advance

Inactive email accounts keep reappearing I’ve attempted to delete some inactive email accounts from System Preferences, and they keep reappearing within minutes, whether they are deleted in Safe Boot or not. The accounts do not appear in Keychain. any suggestions? thank you. 13” inch MacBook Pro, mid 2020, MacOS 12.3.1.

Go to System Preferences on the Menu, Internet Accounts, and add it.
