Four Thoughts:

• Sign Out of iTunes, then Sign Back In:

Sometimes updates occur and your operating system and other devices need to be re-synced with your Apple Account.

• Unhiding Them:

Perhaps these have become hidden purchases? To see if that is the case unhide them.

• Re-Download Them:

Find these purchases in the Apple Store, and then re-download them.

• Removed from App Store:

If None of the above apply, I would contact Apple, and see if these have become removed from the Apple Store. It happens:(
