How can I copy my files and folders from "FILES" App to my local PC?

I tried googling but iTunes12 on Windows-10 does not have option to sync files saved in "FILES" App.

Also, there is no way to upload the data from "FILES" App to 'icloud".

Is there a way to move the data out of FILES app, back to some shared folder ?

Content stored in the Files app should be stored in iCloud > iCloud Drive. You should be able to access it using via icloud.com or iCloud for Windows - Apple Support.
