How do you report an unrecognized purchase on your iTunes account

Saw a purchase I don’t make on my account the money was automatically deducted but when I checked my purchase history I saw found out I didn’t make that purchase pls help before the empty my account

If you claim you never downloaded the app (I assume you've changed the account's password if you are saying it's been hacked) contact iTunes Support and see what they say : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
