I only want to see US holidays in Calendar
I only want to see US holidays, how do I change this ?

You cannot edit an existing subscription calendar. However, if you follow the instructions I linked to above, you can create a new one of your own based on the existing Holiday calendar which you can then edit. You would then unsubscribe to the original Holiday calendar.
Or you can search online for a holiday calendar that better suits your tastes.

There are over 3 million U.S. citizens who are Muslims. Ergo, Muslim holidays are U.S. holidays.
