Macbook Air won't power on. Battery won't charge. No green light when charger is plugged in. Tried PRAM etc... reset. It seriously just turned off one day mid-use with plenty of charge while plugged in and has been completely unresponsive ever since. WTF?

Which exact model is your MacBook Air (MBA) and which version of OS X or macOS is it running? Is the screen completely black or can you detect that the display's backlight is operational.
You state that you reset the notebook's PRAM, but did you try its SMC? Ref: How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support
