You can not connect two iDevices as there is no supported Bluetooth protocol to do so. What are you hoping to accomplish?

the phone is paired to my vehicle and has worked great until this week.
I cannot send or receive calls from my vehicle using the hands free feature
I have had trouble since I upgraded to 13.1.2. There is a big fix in 13.1.3 but it only stays connected a few seconds, then disconnects. The fix did not work.
