I want to disable my file vault and would like to view the progress using "diskutil cs list" in the terminal but i get the following output:
"No CoreStorage logical volume groups found"
When I write "diskutil list"
Here's what i see in the security and privacy tab in the settings:
Does that mean it's done, I did it last night but I didin't get a notification.

Using Terminal.app (/Applications/Utilities), enter the command "fdesetup status" and press return.
Terminal will display whether FileVault is on or off.

What you show in your screenshots are 1) your volume is APFS, not CoreStorage which is why your Terminal command doesn't work. 2) FileVault is not enabled.
You now have an APFS non-encrypted volume. You can do a diskutil apfs list from Terminal
