Services menu missing from contextual menu

This was a thread in the Snow Leopard board.Still an issue for me in Sierra.

The unchecking and rechecking items in System Preferences>Keyboard>Shortcuts didn't work for me BUT in Automator I did Convert to in the file menu d saved the workflow as a workflow in Services.

Then that workflow did show up in the contextual menu - although the Services menu is still missing.

Open SystemPreferences,

select Keyboard,

in there select tab "Shortcuts",

then at the left select "Services",

then at the right select what you want to have displayed.

then close.
