reminders does nothing

ipad pro 12 inch, 2017

reminders has never worked and it still doesn’t. i set one but it never actually reminds me. the widget also shows nothing.

When you created the reminder, did you give it a date/time or location? Do you have notifications enabled for it in Settings>Notifications?
