Refund
I bought an iphone xr on first of semptember. It was 799$ before tax.However it is 649$ right now. I have 14 days to return it for free. I want to get 150$ back if it is possible. I have receipt for this.

Sure. If your retailer will accept it, then do it. Not sure if they're adjust the price or if they'll just refund it.
