Can anyone please tell me the difference between the Series 4 Apple Watch, and the new series 5 Apple Watch? All the comparisons I have seen are between the series 3 and 5.

The reason you can only find that comparison is that Apple no longer sells the Series 4.

They've discontinued the 4, which suggests there's not much difference between them.
Not really, it shows the 5 has replaced the 4, they usually drop the previous and keep the previous version (in this case the 3) as the budget model.
