iPhone 11 Pro

Hi. In the USA apple website, in the page about LTE band support of the new models there’s no iPhone 11 Pro model compatible with LTE band 28, but the French and Germany apple pages inform that model A2160 is compatible with 28 LTE band. What information is correct? Is the iPhone 11 Pro model A2160 that will be sell in USA compatible with LTE band 28?

This page appears in the USA website.

iPhone - View countries with supported LTE networks - Apple

It explains that the iPhone 11 Pro model A2160, sold in the U.S., does not support LTE band 28. This agrees with what you stated above.

However, the following either differs or was omitted from what you said above:

iPhone 11 Pro model A2215, sold in many countries (listed in the article) outside the U.S., does support LTE band 28.
