MacBook Pro Laptop not starting

Hey my computer is not starting. I’m not sure what the issue is ? I think my battery has depleted but I’m not sure. My laptop is charging but not turning on or starting. I charged it in a different outlet last night in my apartment and as it stopped working as of this morning. Please let me know what i can do ?
