WatchOS availability in my country
I’m a long time apple user. I’m from Sri Lanka. I recently bought an Apple Watch and found that many of the important features in the watch are not available in my country. Will it ever be available?

If you are talking about ECG, then that is dependent on your countries health agencies giving Apple approval to enable the ECG app in your country.
If you are talking about cellular carriers that is partially up to the cellular carriers in your country
