How do I get in touch with Apple to cancel my 3-day free subscription wih Shield VPN?
It's 10:40 PM CDT and I can't get an expert from Apple to come to my screen to help me with my question (above).

You should be able to stop the subscription yourself : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
If you also want to contact iTunes Support about it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
