reset the Apple Wireless Magic Keyboard 2?

coz I've found that the mouse and trackpad are missing the function of scrolling (with two finger scrolling up and down via the trackpad and one finger via the mouse), besides the settings and preferences coz I've checked it many times, so that I may wish to have a reset on the hardware.
