Apple Music

my iTunes keeps saying can’t connect to store, I tried logging out and back in but all it did was erase all of my playlists. Is there a way to get my playlists back?

signing out out of the iTunes Store can turn off iCloud music library, so you need to turn it back on

Try this

Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.

In settings - Music - Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on.and Turn on “Show Apple Music”
