Apple Watch ECG recording

is there any updated info for the ability of the watch 5 or even 4 to be used for ecg recording in Canada? Has there been approval from health Canada yet/can I get that feature if I set up or buy my watch in Canada?

Apple watch ECG Why isnt there support for Apple watch features for all regions? The ECG feature worked while I was in Germany but after I got back to Bosnia and Herzegowina it isnt anymore after I changed phone and restarted the watch. Whats the point in paying 400-500euros and then dont having features if you arent in an supported region? Will my ECG be diferent in Germany and in any other country or what is the reason?

ECG not available in other countries! there are many people who bought apple watch in third world countries only to find out that the the ECG feature is not available, i mean it could have saved lives if people were warned about irregular heart rates outside the America? what's making it so long to enable such feature? i already have 3 relatives who does from heart related problems and they own an apple watch, i guess their lives cound have changed if the feature were just available in poor countries.

Canada has had it from some months now. So yes. But as AW4 has been discontinued you will need to buy AW 5
