When i try to sign in my icloud account on my iphone 5s. It shows "Maximum no of free accounts have been activated on this iphone" Please help me it does not sign in

The message means what it says. If you want to use another account in iCloud try first logging into it in iCloud on a different device, and then retry on that phone.
