i downloaded the update, but as i tried many times restarting for further required updates, i think it is damaged or sth cause whenever i restart my mac for finishing or installing updates it shows the time which says 33 minutes left and stuck right there. i left it in that part for hours and nothing happens. please advise me, thanks.

Once the download has completed boot your Mac into Safe Mode,
Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support
It takes a while to boot into Safe Mode so be patient, once the Mac has fully booted up try installing the Combo update.
If the above doesn't work, you can also try installing the combo update after booting into another admin user account.
