iPad air

How do i play a flash drive with pictures on it on my iPad air 2??? is there something to purchase so I can plug in a usb flash drive and view my photos on my Ipad??

Normal USB flash drives do not work on iPads running the current iOS versions available.

This may change with the official introduction of iPadOS at the end of the month.

If you can't wait, you will need to purchase a wireless, built-in WiFi hotspot, USB flash drive from SanDisk, move all your images to that drive and use SanDisk's own iOS app to view these images over a localised, WiFi connection to the SanDisk drive.
