My phone has a virus that has left me unable to open any applications. I am also unable to turn my phone off. How can this be fixed

You don't have a virus on your iPhone.
How can I fix whatever it is when I can't do anything on my phone, which includes not being able to turn it off.
I am unable to do a forced restart as the phon won't turn off, meaning when I click the buttons nothing happens
