How do I access my old account Apple Music

If your account us still active (payments maintained)

To restore your Apple Music subscription:

in settings- iTunes App Store - your name - sign in with the same Apple ID you used for Apple Music

In Settings > Music - turn on iCloud Music Library  and "Show Apple Music”

 To Restore iTunes Music purchases, follow the instructions for Redownload movies, TV shows, or music - on your iPhone:
