Help I’m in iCloud but have someone lost half my phone contacts off both my iPad and iPhone and desperately need to get them back quickly. Please help if you can thanks
try iCloud.com/Settings using a computer browser and go to Advanced at the bottom left. Access Restore Contacts.

I have the same problem. I followed the instructions and it didn't help. I am now on the phone with verizon. They can't seem to figure it out either. Now, on hold and waiting to get an apple support person on the phone with the verizon tech.
