Does anybody use a cme midi keyboard controler with L9 ?

I don't believe they will work with Logic.

The steps to make it work are probably similar to what's explained here. Have you tried anything like that? Are you running into a specific problem?

Maybe he'll do OK if he tries this suggestion you made in the other thread: "About the only thing I can think of is to assign some programmable buttons on the keyboard (other than the transport buttons) to Logic's key commands for play, stop, etc."

Looks like someone else discovered the same thing (about another CME model): "the transport buttons aren't too compatible with logic."

On the other hand, in 2005 someone discussing the UF series offered information about "Setting up transport functions using USB drivers and Logic." That's the good news. The bad news is that it links to a page that says this: "Sorry, this bulletin board is temporality closed." And if you ask me, that's even worse than being temporarily closed.

Yup. Still of the same mind too, cuz based on the information provided by the people in that thread I can't draw any conclusion other that what I posted there. And the CME forum has been dead for a while now. Doesn't bode well for that company.
