How can i find using apple id into my iphone 7 plus?

He needs to contact the previous owner and have them remove it from their account. You can't recover the password without access to that email account. The device is useless until the previous owner removes it from their account.

My uncle bought a iphone 7 plus second hand in kuwait. But the previous owner not remove his apple id. So after reset its goes to activation lock and my uncle don't know apple id and he can not contact the previous owner. What should i do now?
