Apple Digital Masters Providers List Inclusion...

Hello...I'm a mastering engineer in Illinois. I fulfill all the Apple requirements for submitting masters for digital/streaming services, but I'm having a difficult time learning about the process to become a certified provider for Apple Digital Masters. How do you recommend I proceed? Thank you!
